The hotel has a fantastic location near Nippori station, surrounded by charming shops and delicious food stalls. While it’s very affordable for Tokyo, the overall condition of the hotel and rooms brings it down. The staff seemed a bit distant, and the communication could have been better, especially regarding our room preference. Overall, it’s a mixed experience and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
